Chick peas, combined with sun dried tomatoes, garlic, lemon juice, parsley and olive oil. Ingredients:
2 cups chick peas |
2 1/2 tsp. olive oil |
1 tsp parsley |
40 g sun dried tomatoes |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. 2. Pack into a small container or bowl. 3. Drizzle a bit of extra olive oil over the hummus, sprinkle with a bit of extra parsley. |
