Chick peas, combined with sun dried tomatoes, garlic, lemon juice, parsley and olive oil.
Ingredients:
2 cups chick peas
2 1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp parsley
40 g sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Pack into a small container or bowl.
3. Drizzle a bit of extra olive oil over the hummus, sprinkle with a bit of extra parsley.
