Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

This is just my version of the spread.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/3 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon white pepper
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor. NOTE: I like to put the olive oil, lime juice, tahini and water in a one-cup measuring cup, in the order listed here. Then the tahini slips easily out of the cup - no separate measuring needed, no scraping sticky tahini needed.
2. Blend ingredients to desired smoothness.
3. Refrigerate first, if desired. Serve on toast or pita bread.
