This is a recipe from The Barefoot Contessa. A friend made it for me and I've been hooked ever since. Goes great with Triscuits or veggies. Ingredients:
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes (she calls for in oil- i use the julienne sundried tomatoes from costco.) drained and chopped |
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
10 dashes tabasco |
1 tsp kosher salt |
1/4 tsp ground pepper |
2 scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts) |
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients except scallions in food processor with metal blade. Add scallions (I don't use these mainly because I rarely have them on hand) and pulse twice. Serve at room temperature. |
