this was great over the holidays. i took it to all the parties we attended to balance out all the high fat dishes! I served with a variety of very colorful veggies and it looked very pretty. cukes, baby carrots, celery, green,red,yellow peppers. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil |
2 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk |
1 teaspoon thyme |
1 clove chopped garlic |
1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese |
1 (4 ounce) package goat cheese |
Directions:
1. Blend in food processor. 2. Cover and chill. |
