Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes, chopped |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 cup celery, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
36 ounces whole tomatoes or 36 ounces tomatoes, chopped, undrained |
2/3 cup chablis or 2/3 cup other dry white wine |
1 teaspoon dried fennel seed |
1 1/2 teaspoons basil |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Salt to taste Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. 2. Note: You can add mushrooms if desired. |
