Sun-Dried Tomato and Herb Bread |

From the Bread Machine Book. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf. The directions don't say to chop the herbs, but I would. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups water |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1/3 cup fresh basil |
3 tablespoons fresh parsley |
1 1/2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
2 1/2 cups bread flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
2/3 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil, chopped |
Directions:
1. Bake according to manufacturer's instructions. 2. Add the sun dried tomatoes during the add in (nuts and fruits) cycle. or 5 minutes before final kneading is finished. |
