This easy recipe is guaranteed to turn a spinach hater into a spinach lover! Ingredients:
7 cups baby spinach |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1 teaspoon butter |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Steam or microwave the spinach just until wilted, about 3 minutes. 2. Squeeze out the liquid. 3. Saute the garlic clove in the butter for 2 minutes. 4. Stir in the spinach, sour cream, lemon juice and salt. 5. Stir often until just hot. |
