Summery Light Mango-Carrot Smoothie |

I originally planned to make a cantaloupe-mango smoothie. But after not having the melon, I experimented a bit and turned up with this amazingly light and delicious smoothie. Great for picky veggie and fruit eaters alike! And also a great healthy alternative for lazy breakfast cooks.. Ingredients:
1 medium carrot |
1/2 small mango |
5 ice cubes |
1/3 cup whole milk |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/2 orange |
Directions:
1. 1 Scrape the carrot and chop it into chunks. Same goes for the mango. 2. 2 Combine all ingredients plus juice of 1/2 orange in a blender and blend well until smooth. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy. |
