Very different, but oh so good! Ingredients:
1 scoop vanilla protein powder |
1 cup watermelon, peeled, seeded and cubed (fresh or frozen) |
3/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, finely chopped |
3/4 cup water |
3/4 cup unsweetened apple juice (organic) |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
Directions:
1. Put ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. 2. Pour into a glass and enjoy. |
