A favorite warm weather dessert thats simply delicious! This makes a beautiful presentation to serve to company. And best of all, its so simple! Ingredients:
1 honeydews or 1 cantaloupe, melon |
1/2 cup raspberry preserves, melted |
vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. cut melon in half crosswise and remove seeds. 2. slice melon into 1-inch rings. 3. remove rind. 4. fill each ring with scoops of ice cream. 5. top with melted preserves. 6. serve immediately. |
