An excellent recipe I found from McCormick and Company. A favoite coleslaw with just the right amount of seasoning! You could do just green cabbage but I added red for color. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons mccormick® season-all® seasoned salt |
1 teaspoon mccormick® ground mustard |
1 teaspoon mccormick® celery seed |
4 cups shredded green cabbage |
3 cups shredded red cabbage |
1 cup shredded carrots |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, Season-All, ground mustard and celery seed. 2. In a large bowl, toss cabbage and carrots together. 3. Add mayonnaise mixture and mix well. 4. Refrigerate 2 hours or until ready to serve. 5. Stir again just before serving. |
