Healthy summer wrap - tastes great and good for you too! Ingredients:
2 ounces lavash bread |
4 tablespoons hummus |
2 ounces muenster cheese (sliced) |
1/4 cup diced red onion |
1/4 cup diced tomato |
1/4 cup diced english cucumber |
10 spinach leaves (fresh-optional) |
Directions:
1. Spread lavash with hummas-all the way to the edges. 2. Place cheese in center of wrap. 3. Lay on spinach if using. 4. Sprinkle diced veggies over wrap. 5. Fold end up - hummas will help seal end. 6. Roll. 7. Eat. 8. Enjoy! |
