A delicious summer sandwich done on a panini grill. Ingredients:
2 (120 g) cans tuna, drained |
1/3 orange bell pepper, chopped |
1/3 red onion, chopped |
1 stick celery, chopped |
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cayenne |
4 slices swiss cheese |
8 slices rye bread or 8 slices multi-grain bread |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together, top mixture with slices of swiss cheese then spread on bread to make 4 sandwiches. 2. heat on panini grill, 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted. |
