Delicious summer Salad
Ingredients:
5 -6 tomatoes
1 small red onion
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 pinch dried dill
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Blanch and peel Tomatoes.
2. Cut Tomatoes into eights.
3. Put tomatoes in a bowl.
4. Slice red onion into thin slices add to tomatoes.
5. Stir in Mayonaise and Dill and Salt.
6. Refrigerate about two hours and serve.
