Delicious summer Salad Ingredients:
5 -6 tomatoes |
1 small red onion |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 pinch dried dill |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Blanch and peel Tomatoes. 2. Cut Tomatoes into eights. 3. Put tomatoes in a bowl. 4. Slice red onion into thin slices add to tomatoes. 5. Stir in Mayonaise and Dill and Salt. 6. Refrigerate about two hours and serve. |
