This recipe was found on , only change is the name, it was called Pork & Bean Salad II. Ingredients:
6 eggs |
4 (15 ounce) cans baked pork and beans, drain well |
1 cup sweet pickle relish |
1 small onion, diced |
5 radishes, diced |
1 (16 ounce) jar creamy salad dressing (or less) |
Directions:
1. Boil eggs and chop. 2. Drain beans well, stir together the beans, relish, onion and radishes. 3. Stir in the salad dressing, mixing gently. Stir in eggs. 4. The amount of dressing can be adjusted to suit your taste. 5. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving. |
