Delicious squash recipe that will even grab those who don't like veggies that well,like me. Goes great with just about anything, chicken, beef, pork. Ingredients:
2-4 yellow squash, sliced thick |
2-4 zucchini squash, sliced thick |
1 onion, thinly sliced |
1 tomato, cut into chunks |
2-3 tblsp butter |
2-3 tblsp parmesan cheese or to taste |
1/4 tsp garlic salt or garlic and pepper seasoning |
Directions:
1. Saute squash and onion in butter until lightly browned 2. Add tomato, parmesan cheese and garlic salt 3. Cover and cook untill tender, about 5-8 MIn. 4. OK to cook longer depending on how tender you want the vegetables |
