Great way to use up all those squash this summer. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
4 cups thinly sliced summer squash |
1 medium sliced onion |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
1/4 cup water |
1/2 cup grated cheese (any variety) |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a saucepan. 2. Add squash, onion, salt, pepper and water. 3. Cook covered 10 - 15 minutes or until squash is tender. 4. Sprinkle with cheese. 5. Eat and enjoy. |
