Ingredients:
oil or melted butter |
salt/pepper to taste |
sliced onions |
summer and/or zucchini squash |
Directions:
1. Heat a small amount of oil or butter in a small saute' pan. Brown sliced onions in the pan over medium-high heat, and then top the onions with squash that has been cut into 1/4" slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add a pat of butter if you like, cover the pan, and cook over medium heat until the squash is tender, 5 to 10 minutes. |
