350 g spaghetti, cooked |
2 tablespoons italian dressing |
125 g salami, cut into thin strips |
125 g mushrooms, sliced |
6 spring onions, chopped |
1 red capsicum, chopped |
1 green capsicum, chopped |
1/2 cup black olives (optional) |
3 tablespoons chopped parsley |
black pepper |
1/4 cup italian dressing, extra |
chopped parsley, extra to serve |
Directions:
1. Combine spaghetti with 2 tblsp dressing and chill. 2. Add remaining ingredients & sprinkle with extra parsley to serve. |
