This soup is served chilled. It is absolutely to die for. You can spice it more if you like.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs shrimp (cooked and peeled)
2 avocados
3 celery ribs
3 green onions
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
46 ounces v8 vegetable juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon jalapeno seasoning salt
Directions:
1. Cut up first five ingredients into small bite size pieces.
2. Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl.
3. Stir well.
4. Chill for 24 hours.
