This soup is served chilled. It is absolutely to die for. You can spice it more if you like. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs shrimp (cooked and peeled) |
2 avocados |
3 celery ribs |
3 green onions |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro |
46 ounces v8 vegetable juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon celery salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon granulated garlic |
1/2 teaspoon jalapeno seasoning salt |
Directions:
1. Cut up first five ingredients into small bite size pieces. 2. Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl. 3. Stir well. 4. Chill for 24 hours. |
