Ingredients:
4 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced |
2 medium-size green peppers, sliced into thin rings |
1 small onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients; toss gently, and set aside. 2. Combine remaining ingredients; stir well, and pour over vegetables. Toss gently; cover and chill 8 to 10 hours. Drain before serving. |
