Light salad as a side dish or main meal. Ingredients:
2/3 cup sugar |
2/3 cup vinegar |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1/2 cup salad oil |
2 cucumbers |
2 tomatoes |
1 yellow bell pepper |
1 red bell pepper |
1 green bell pepper |
1 orange bell pepper |
1 medium onion |
Directions:
1. Boil top ingredients and let cool slightly. 2. Dice veggies. 3. Pour mixture over veggies. 4. Refrigerate. |
