Great light pasta salad for summer Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box rotini pasta |
2 cucumbers, sliced & diced into cubes |
2 large tomatoes, sliced into cubes |
6 ounces fat free zesty italian dressing |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
salt & pepper |
italian seasoning |
Directions:
1. Cook rotini as directed on box, then drain. Cut up vegetables and add to pasta. Add dressing and seasoning. Mix and refrigerate. |
