8 tomatoes medium vine-ripened chopped
1 cup(s) basil, fresh chopped
5 clove(s) garlic chopped or pressed
1 pound(s) mozzarella cheese cubed
1/2 cup(s) olive oil
1 tablespoon(s) kosher salt
1 1/2 pound(s) pasta, such as penne
garlic saute in olive oil
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients.
2. Cover and refrigerate.
3. Cool pasta first, to keep cheese from melting, then combine and serve.
