An omelette, for lunch! Ingredients:
200 g potatoes |
4 eggs |
2 tbs oil |
2 peppers |
60 g feta |
Directions:
1. we cut the potatoes on cubes, and the peppers into rings. 2. We put the oil in a frying pan and we put the vegetables to make them soft. 3. We beat the eggs, adding salt and pepper. 4. We put the eggs on the vegetables in the pan, and on top we crumble feta. 5. We cook untile set. |
