Summer Light Pasta Salad

Delicious, light and addictive!
Ingredients:
cook one regular size box of rotini pasta
2 packets of italian dressing mix
olive oil and vinegar for dressing mix
1 can black olives
1 handful of turkey pepperoni
2 cups of broccoli and califlour cut into bite sized chunks
1 cup carrots cut into bite-size pieces
Directions:
1. Cook pasta until al dente (follow box directions for cooking time)
2. follow directions for making 1 packet of italian dressing (save the other packet)
3. combine chopped ingredients, black olives, pepperoni and pasta in a large bowl. Add the italian dressing you made, and also add 1/2 of the extra packet (dry) and combine
4. chill for 30 minutes and eat!
