I have not tried this recipe. I got it from The Daily Recipe.
Ingredients:
1 nectarine
6 ounces fat free peach frozen yogurt
1/2 cup dole pineapple juice (or orange-guava juice)
1/2 cup sugar-free lemonade concentrate (or you can use crystal light)
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smoothie consistency is reached!
2. Enjoy!
