This quick and nutritious fruit smoothie with strawberries, oats, yogurt, and fruit spread makes a perfect on-the-go breakfast. Ingredients:
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt |
2 tablespoons smucker'sĀ® simple blendsĀ® summer fruit fruit spread |
1/4 cup fresh or frozen sliced strawberries |
1/2 cup milk |
1 tablespoon oats |
