A nice cool fruit salad for a hot summer day! It makes a great side for a cook-out. Very refreshing.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
dash of salt
1 cup grapes, halved
1 cup watermellon, cubed
1 nectarine, sliced
1 pear, sliced
Directions:
1. In a small jar with a tight fitting lid combine the oil, honey, lemonade and salt. Shake well.
2. Combine grapes, watermellon, nectarine and pear in a medium bowl. Pour dessing over fruit and toss to cover.
3. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes and serve.
