A satisfying fruity salad that is perfect for picnics!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup strawberry, diced
1/4 cup cantaloupe, balled
1 stalk celery, diced
2 -3 slices prosciutto, shredded
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 dash lime juice
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 pinch parsley
Directions:
1. Combine raspberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, and celrey in a large bowl; toss well.
2. Add proscuitto; toss well.
3. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well blended,.
4. Drizzle sauce over salad.
5. Enjoy!
