I found a cookbook that my mother in law Helen had. It is Better Homes and Gardens: So Good with Fruit and the date on the book is 1967. So I will be posting a bunch of recipes from the book so I don't lose them. Ingredients:
2 cups sliced peeled peaches |
1 cup diced pared pear |
1/2-1 cup fresh blueberries |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 dash salt |
Directions:
1. Mix the fruits in a bowl. 2. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring to dissolve sugar; pour over fruits. 3. Toss; chill. |
