A lovely salad to hold down the munchies between breakfast and lunch! Ingredients:
1 medium apple, chopped |
1/2 cup strawberry, chopped |
1 tablespoon sugar-free preserves |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, blend cinnamon and preserves together with a fork. 2. Add apples and toss. 3. Top with strawberries and eat! |
