Summer Chilled Peach Soup |

Refreshing chilled peach soup via Atlanta, Ingredients:
4 ripe peaches |
2 cups dry white wine |
1 cup water |
3 tbsp sugar |
1/4 tsp cinnamon |
1/4 tsp curry powder |
3 cloves |
4 thin slices oranges |
Directions:
1. Plunge the ripe peaches in boiling water for one minute. Peel. 2. Remove the pit and puree the fruit in the blender. 3. Transfer the puree to a sauce pan, 4. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. 5. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. 6. Remove the cloves and let soup cool. 7. Chill the soup for at least 4 hours. 8. Serve in chilled bowls and garnish with a thin slice of orange. |
