Summer Chiffonade Salad

This is an awesome salad sure to please all. Enjoy
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
2 cups shredded radicchio
2 cups shredded arugula or watercress
1/4 cup thinly sliced bulb onion
2 teaspoons spicy mustard
2 teaspoon san remo salsina
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoons alt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine romaine, radicchio and watercress then slice onion in a bowl.
2. In another bowl combine mustard and salsina.
3. Stir in the vinegar then slowly add olive oil.
4. Add dressing to the salad and toss until well combined then season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve on chilled plates if desired.
