This is a great summer sandwich I created one day. I just added my favourite foods together, and it's healthy too. Bread can be toasted for a warm treat. Ingredients:
2 slices whole wheat bread |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
1 avocado |
1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped |
1 cup lettuce, shedded |
1/4 cup scallion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Spread the mayonaise on one slice of bread, and a reasonable serving of avocado on the other. 2. Add the chicken, lettuce and scallions and enjoy. |
