This will cool you off in a hurry, even on the hottest day! Note that freezing time is not included in the preparation time. ! Ingredients:
2 cups french vanilla ice cream |
1 ounce galliano |
1 freshly-squeezed lime |
1/4 cup pistachio nut |
lime wedge (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, blend together the ice cream, Galliano, and fresh lime juice. 2. Pour into a serving glass and freeze. 3. Before serving, sprinkle with the pistachio nuts and garnish with lime wedge. |
