This is a traditional appetizer you can find in every restaurant around here. It takes 2 ingredients and that is it. Delicious in a plate. I love the sweet melon and the salty prosciutto together. Ingredients:
half a melon, peeled and cubed (bite sizes) |
1/2 pound good quality prosciutto slices |
toothpicks |
Directions:
1. Take the prosciutto slices and cut them into 3 smaller portions. 2. Wrap 1 portion of prosciutto around 1 melon cube and seal with a toothpick. 3. Repeat step 2 until you run out of ingredients. 4. Plate and serve. 5. This is great to serve at parties. You can make a big plate of this and put it in the fridge until it's time to serve. |
