This coconut flan separates whilst cooking to make a delicate crust, creamy custard belly and chewy coconut topping. Ingredients:
500 ml milk |
200 ml sugar |
250 ml coconut |
125 ml flour |
60 ml butter |
4 eggs |
5 ml vanilla extract |
2 ml baking powder |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together and pour into a glass pie dish. 2. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until golden brown. 3. Serve warm or cold. |
