This bread top with sultana glaze for sweet lover Ingredients:
500 g wheat flour |
40 g sugar |
1/2 pck yeast |
3 tbs salt |
30 g butter / margarine |
250 cc soy / milk |
1 egg |
sultana topping as desired |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast 2. Add milk into the mixture - stir then add butter and stir well 3. Add egg and stir again till the dough not stick. Cover and wait for 30 minutes to let the dough go up. 4. Then form the dough into desired shape and put sultanas on top and glaze with egg yolk. 5. Bake for 45-50 minutes with conventional oven |
