Ingredients:
16 ounces ground beef |
2 ounces ground pork |
1 egg |
1 onion, diced |
garlic salt |
freshly ground black pepper |
worcestershire sauce |
1 1/2 cups panko (japanese bread crumbs) |
1 cup cooked rice |
4 eggs, cooked, poached or fried |
teriyaki sauce |
brown gravy |
Directions:
1. Mix the first 8 ingredients (beef through panko) together and form into 4 patties. Grill or broil patties to desired doneness, about 5 minutes on each side.
