Sugarless Banana Oatmeal Cookies |

Packed with nutrition, low in fat, full-bodied taste and texture! Ingredients:
4 apples |
4 bananas |
4 teaspoons vanilla |
3 large eggs |
1/8 teaspoon clove |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon molasses |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1 cup raisins |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1 cup walnuts |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
3 cups oatmeal |
2 1/2 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Peel, core and microwave apples for two minutes on high. Mash apples and bananas then mix with remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoon onto prepared cookie sheet (coated with non-stick spray) and press in a criss-cross fashion with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for one minute then remove from baking sheet. |
