a Pie for those that need less or none sugar!
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tbs. ground cinnamon
12 ounces unsweetened apple juice concentrate
6 cups thinly sliced apples
1 recipe for pastry-or 1 9 inch double crust
Directions:
1. preheat oven 350 degrees
2. whisk together corn starch cinnamon and 1/4 cup apple juice
3. In saucepan over medium heat simmer apples in remaining apple juice untill tender Add cornstarch mixture stir untill thickened
4. Pour into bottom crust and cover with top crust bake 45 minutes
