Ingredients:
3 cups sugar |
6 tablespoons margarine |
1 cup evaporated milk |
3 -4 cups pecan halves |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, margarine and milk into pot. Cook until mixture reaches soft ball stage (234 degrees) and forms a ball in a cup of cold water. 2. Remove from heat. Add pecans. 3. Stir until all pecans are well coated. 4. Pour onto waxed paper. 5. Separate pecans into individual pieces, using 2 tablespoons. |
