Ingredients:
1 pound carrots, scraped and cut into 1/8-inch-thick diagonal slices |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon light stick butter, melted |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Steam carrot, covered, 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Transfer to a serving bowl, and keep warm. 2. Combine brown sugar and remaining 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle over carrot; toss well. |
