Ingredients:
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients in a heavy saucepan over medium heat, and cook, stirring constantly, 10 minutes or until golden. Spread mixture in an even layer on lightly greased wax paper, and let cool 20 minutes. Break into pieces, and store in an airtight container.
