The fudge batter is sprinkled with brown sugar and chocolate chips so there's no need to frost this easy cake. Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup land o lakes margarine, softened |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
1 1/4 cups real semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in large bowl. 3. Add milk, margarine, egg and vanilla. 4. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. 5. Spread batter into greased 13x9-inch baking pan. 6. Sprinkle with brown sugar; sprinkle with chocolate chips. 7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 8. Cool completely. 9. 15 servings |
