This is from the book My Party by Pete Evans. Use this syrup in your White Chocolate Martini ( White Chocolate Martini - Pete Evans ). . Ingredients:
250 ml water |
250 g white sugar |
250 ml water |
250 g brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Place the water and sugar in a small saucepan over low heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved. 2. Increase the heat and simmer until the liquid is clear. 3. Remove from the heat, set aside to cool, then bottle. 4. Date your bottle and refrigerate until use. |
