Sugar Snap Peas with Red Pepper (Sandra Lee) |

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 (14-ounce) bag frozen sugar snap peas, thawed |
1 teaspoon crushed garlic |
1/4 cup roasted red bell pepper, cut into thin strips |
2 teaspoons sesame seeds |
1 tablespoon honey |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat a large saute pan with sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, snap peas and red bell pepper. Saute for 5 minutes. Add sesame seeds, honey, season with salt and pepper and saute for another minute. Transfer to bowl and serve hot. |
