4 garlic cloves, minced |
1 hungarian wax peppers (yellow banana pepper) or 1 small jalapeno, diced |
6 cups sugar snap peas, washed and rough chopped |
1/2 cup pine nuts |
1/4 cup fresh basil, rough chopped |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large pan. 2. Add shallots and stir fry for 3 minutes. 3. Add garlic and pepper toss then add sugar snap peas with the pine nuts. stir fry for 3 minutes. Stir in the basil. Season with salt and pepper. |
