Found this recipe in an old cookbook that I bought at an aution. Ingredients:
1 lb sugar snap pea |
1 1/2 teaspoons butter, melted |
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel |
fresh mint (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan cook sugar snap peas in boiling water about 1 minute or until crisp-tender, drain. 2. Add butter and lemon peel, toss to mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired. |
